Ultra Twisted Paintball shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Michigan. All customers shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders will only be shipped after verification of payment clearance. Please allow 2 to 5 working days processing to accommodate volume of orders and holiday seasons.
Your receipt, either electronically or by any other means, of order confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ultra Twisted Paintball reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason in keeping with our published Terms and Conditions.
Ultra Twisted Paintball accepts orders via this website or by physical mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, PayPal electronic payments, Domestic and International Money Orders, Cashier's checks, and Personal checks. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Please note that all personal checks will be held until confirmation of their clearance through our banking system. There will be a $29 returned check fee charged for all checks returned to us through the banking system for insufficient funds.
Ultra Twisted Paintball has instituted methods of preventing and/or detecting credit card fraud attempts. We utilize AVS (Address Verifications System), CVV2 (Card Verification Value II), and log the IP address of all orders placed.
AVS, (Address Verifications System): AVS is an automated system which compares the BILLING address you provide with the address your credit card company has on file. If the addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. We will then need to contact you to obtain the correct billing address, which can delay your order by several days.
CVV2, (Card Verification Value II): CVV2 is a new authentication system established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV2 number at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.
The Credit Card Validation Code is a 3 or 4 digit security code printed on the card. We use this code, as well as Address and Zip Code verification, to make decisions on whether to accept charges. This increases our commitment to protect consumers from fraud and reduces our exposure to fraud. If the number you provide does not match, your transaction will be declined. We will then need to contact you to obtain the correct CVV2 number, which can delay your order by several days.
All credit card fraud attempts are reported to the local authorities and all guilty parties will be prosecuted.
Ultra Twisted Paintball's preferred method of shipment is via UPS
All orders shipped to an APO, FPO, or PO Box can only be shipped via USPS. If the order states any other shipment method, we will automatically change it to the closest comparable USPS shipping method and adjust the shipping charge accordingly.
If you require a different shipping method, then contact us and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request. We ship worldwide to all locations not prohibited by United States export laws.
Ultra Twisted Paintball is not liable for damages incurred during shipment. It is important to examine your package and have the delivery driver note any damages at the time of delivery. If the contents of your package are received damaged, please contact us immediately so we may begin the claims process. Please note that a representative of the shipping company may need to examine the packaging as part of the claims process. If you fail to retain the shipping materials, your claim may be delayed or rejected. The average time to settle a damage claim is 30 days from the time we are notified and may vary by shipper. We will ship you a replacement product once the claim has been settled.
All shipping amounts displayed through our shopping cart during order fulfillment are considered estimates. We reserve the right to modify shipping amounts as required to cover actual shipping and handling charges incurred by us.
Ultra Twisted Paintball does not guarantee the delivery time of any order and will not refund shipping costs for delayed deliveries. We suggest that you take into account the weather along the route of shipment and peak holiday shipping timeframes and choose your shipping method accordingly. We will e-mail you applicable shipping/tracking numbers at the time the packages are shipped. Please note USPS Delivery Confirmation is not trackable, it is merely confirmation that the package reached its final destination.
All orders shipped outside the United States will have customs forms filled out as merchandise only. It is the responsibility of the receiving party for payment of all duties and taxes associated with the sale and importation of any order to your respective country. Ultra Twisted Paintball will not refund or accept any order returned as a result of rules or regulations imposed by your respective country.
Ultra Twisted Paintball does not guarantee the availability of any item. Items can become out of stock at any time. Items that are out of stock at the time of the order will be placed on backorder unless the item or items total less than $10.00, then they will be cancelled.
Ultra Twisted Paintball cannot guarantee or predict when backorders will arrive. Customers with backordered items will have priority when shipments arrive and backorders are filled in the order they were received to ensure fairness. Backorder items are subject to additional shipping charges, which we will adjust for the split shipment.
We, at Ultra Twisted Paintball, will notify you of backordered items at the time your order is processed. Backordered items will be held on backorder for a period of 30 days at which time they will be cancelled. At no time will the customer be charged for an item until it has been shipped.
All sales are considered final. Most items ordered may be returned for an exchange of a like item of different size or color within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items which may not be returned include: paintballs, customized products, & undergarments.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned complete, unused, & in it's original packaging. We define use as any attempt to install, pressurize, fire, cycle, wear, or wash.
Any item found incomplete or used will be returned C.O.D. to it's original owner.
Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ultra Twisted Paintball.
Ultra Twisted Paintball makes every effort to ensure all information, images, and pricing are correct, but errors do occur. If you discover an error in the content of our webpages, please bring it to our attention and we will research and update it promptly. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to accept the error and complete the sale or to refuse such sale based on such error.
Ultra Twisted Paintball does not offer product or parts warranties on any product we sell. Ultra Twisted Paintball does offer a free lifetime labor warranty on all repairable products that we sell. You have the option to return your product to us or deal directly with the manufacturer. Please note all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically offered otherwise.
Many products sold by Ultra Twisted Paintball come with a manufacturers warranty which may vary from 30 days to multiple years. We have most all manufacturer websites hyper-linked to our website for your convenience.
